Objective The aim was to elevate the club’s hospitality facilities in preparation for the 2024/25 football season, ensuring an enhanced matchday experience for guests. Solution The McGovern Lounge was designed as an intimate hospitality suite, offering an elevated matchday experience with silver service dining and pitch-side hospitality. The design incorporates pendant lighting to create a cosy atmosphere, compensating for the lack of natural light. The lounge is named in honour of club legend John McGovern, reflecting the team’s rich European history. Result The McGovern Lounge successfully transformed into a premium hospitality space, providing a luxurious setting for fans to enjoy pre- and post-match entertainment. The addition of stylish lighting made the room feel warm and inviting, enhancing the overall guest experience.
