The aim was to combine football heritage with a welcoming, relaxed steakhouse environment for guests. Solution Design Tonic developed a concept that blends classic football heritage with traditional steakhouse style, using rich timbers, deep tones, and subtle gold accents to create warmth and character. Bespoke artwork and memorabilia honour Lorimer’s legacy, while the layout and lighting were designed to foster a comfortable, engaging dining experience that feels both iconic and approachable. Result The Peter Lorimer Steakhouse Suite delivers a heritage-rich, engaging hospitality experience, allowing guests to enjoy quality dining while connecting with the club’s history.
